Elizabeth Glasgow focuses on estate planning and wealth management. Elizabeth works with business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and other high-net-worth individuals to maximize wealth preservation; mitigate income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes; and manage exposure of a family’s wealth and business assets to future creditors. Elizabeth assists clients with the integration of asset protection strategies, business succession plans, and charitable giving structures to achieve their wealth preservation and transfer plan goals. Elizabeth’s practice also includes tax planning for non-U.S. citizens contemplating U.S. residency and tax-exempt organization formation and administration.
