Holly Gordon


Holly Gordon practices IP litigation, including with respect to trademark, copyright, and false advertising matters. Prior to joining Venable, Holly was an associate attorney at an IP boutique law firm, where she advised clients on trademark prosecution, rights enforcement, and brand management.  Holly has handled proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and negotiated and prepared licensing and other intellectual property transactions on behalf of her clients. She also has experience representing transportation unions and employee benefit funds in litigation and arbitration. 

Holly graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, she contributed to the American Intellectual Property Association Quarterly Journal, served as a legal intern with the Recording Industry Association of America and the National Music Publishers’ Association, and worked as a law clerk with the U.S. Copyright Office.
