Gorsky Joshua

Joshua Gorsky focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Venable, Joshua served as a law clerk to the Honorable Shirley M. Watts on the Maryland Court of Appeals. During law school, he served as an intern to the Honorable Charles B. Day of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, where he prepared bench memoranda and opinions for a range of civil procedure, disability, and employment law related matters. Joshua also worked as a law clerk for the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney General's Office, where he drafted memoranda addressing various issues related to the enforcement of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
