In a prior role at a micromobility company, he managed the escalation process for critical safety incidents and coordinated incident resolutions with core operations. He also led the development of the company's case management system, proprietary investigation tools, and incident and safety database application programming interface (API) and structure.
Kristoff is skilled in using a wide variety of project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. He is also fluent in various programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL).
