Kristoff Grospe is an experienced project manager and data security analyst who relies on his technical skills and deep industry knowledge to keep businesses safe and operations running smoothly. Kristoff previously oversaw operations at a major social media company, mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks while monitoring the health of the platform and influencing the product roadmap. As a senior program manager, he consulted on sensitive business risks that required in-depth analysis for executive, stakeholder, and external audiences. He improved project and program management by refining processes related to project planning and tracking, risk and change management, and team communications.
