Senior Privacy Program and Policy Analyst

Kristoff Grospe is an experienced project manager and data security analyst who relies on his technical skills and deep industry knowledge to keep businesses safe and operations running smoothly. Kristoff previously oversaw operations at a major social media company, mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks while monitoring the health of the platform and influencing the product roadmap. As a senior program manager, he consulted on sensitive business risks that required in-depth analysis for executive, stakeholder, and external audiences. He improved project and program management by refining processes related to project planning and tracking, risk and change management, and team communications.

Kristoff has experience researching user behavior, abuse trends, and online regulations, and subsequently implementing scaled operations and new technologies. In a prior role at a micromobility company, he managed the escalation process for critical safety incidents and coordinated incident resolutions with core operations. He also led the development of the company's case management system, proprietary investigation tools, and incident and safety database application programming interface (API) and structure.

Kristoff is skilled in using a wide variety of project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. He is also fluent in various programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL).
