Marcos Gonzalez brings diverse judicial and agency experience to his government contracts practice. Marcos has negotiated clauses and contracts, advised on corrective action in response to bid protests, and drafted legal opinions and agency policy for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. As a law clerk for the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, he supported judges with disputes between government contractors and federal civilian agencies through formal board proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
