Ben Herold has counseled and successfully defended employers in the entertainment, gaming, and luxury hospitality industries facing allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ben has significant experience in the courtroom and before administrative tribunals in California and New York. He has successfully resolved wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, ADA/Unruh, and other civil claims at all stages of litigation, including on motion for summary judgment. He has also received favorable verdicts for clients both at trial and arbitration. Ben regularly counsels on compliance with California's Labor Code, disability accommodations, leave laws, and wage and hour law.
