Harrison Mark

Mark Harrison, one of the top trademark attorneys in the United States, focuses on trademark, unfair competition, and copyright within intellectual property law, including the pharmaceutical industry. Mark has handled trademark work for a global pharmaceutical company and a number of foreign pharmaceutical start-ups and domestic nutritional supplement companies. 

Mark is a former examining attorney of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He received awards for being in the top 20 filers of U.S. trademark applications for each of the years in 2002 through 2009, and is known as a top obtainer of registrations. Mark has supervised the filing of trademark applications in virtually every country where such filings are possible, using his personally developed network of foreign associates. He is active in pro bono matters.
