He consults with local counsel in the prosecution of foreign trademark applications and the maintenance of foreign trademark registrations, on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and start-ups across a range of industries, including healthcare, finance, fashion, and manufacturing. Michael represents clients in inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising actions in federal district courts, including motions practice and discovery.
