Nikki J. Hasselbarth

Hasselbarth Nikki

Nikki Hasselbarth focuses on advising nonprofit and for-profit clients on a variety of charitable fundraising matters, including commercial co-venture campaigns and charitable solicitation regulation compliance. Nikki frequently advises nonprofit organizations on contractual, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She frequently works with tax-exempt organizations, such as public charities and private foundations, on a variety of tax and planning matters, including formation of new tax-exempt organizations and termination of private foundation status. She assists high-net-worth individuals with charitable giving, and estate and business succession planning.

Prior to law school, Nikki served as a Teach for America corps member in Houston, Texas, where she taught third and fourth grades.
