Ralph W. Hardy, Jr. counsels clients in the investment management, media, pulp and paper, international thermal power plant development, and technology sectors on business transactions, tax planning, and government relations. His extensive experience focuses on structuring, negotiating, and financing complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, and handling Chapter 11 reorganizations under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Ralph offers clients skilled representation in public policy, regulatory, and related business matters and in dealings with the executive branch, Congress, and federal regulatory agencies, including extensive experience with the Federal Communications Commission.
