Taylor Hillman
Taylor Hillman guides clients through the nuanced world of government contracting at the federal, state, and local levels. Taylor represents clients involved in bid protests with numerous government agencies, including the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (FAA ODRA), and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She also handles appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the federal circuit and manages disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA).

Prior to joining Venable, Taylor worked for a regional law firm's government contracts group, where she supported clients in prime vs. subcontractor disputes in federal district courts and bid protests before the GAO, ODRA, and COFC, and counseled clients on numerous government contracting issues. There, she also advised clients on certain international trade issues, including compliance with economic sanctions and embargoes, export controls, and customs and import controls. Taylor previously served as a fellow to the Honorable Paul Grimm of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
