Adam W. Kwon

Kwon Adam

Adam Kwon is a patent attorney with experience litigating patent, trademark, and commercial disputes. During law school, Adam successfully prosecuted patent and trademark applications through the Notre Dame IP & Entrepreneurship Clinic, and he served as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the spring of 2018. He was also the IP Team brief writer and representative for the Notre Dame Moot Court Board and served as articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law.

Adam's background is in electrical engineering, with emphases on signal processing and wireless communications. Prior to law school, Adam worked as an engineer, specifying, commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting large-scale commercial automated lighting control systems for high-profile clients across the U.S. and Canada.
