Daniel Kaltman

Daniel Kaltman concentrates his practice on patent litigation, particularly within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Daniel draws on his array of experiences in both science and law to assist clients in patent litigation. With a background in scientific research at Harvard University, he recognizes the scientific process of discovery and invention. A certified patent agent and former extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Daniel utilizes his background to serve clients in all stages of litigation and due diligence. Daniel also has a passion for blockchain and digital assets, having been involved in the industry since 2016.
