Daniel Kaltman

Daniel Kaltman concentrates his practice on patent litigation, particularly within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Daniel draws on his array of experiences in both science and law to assist clients in patent litigation. With a background in scientific research at Harvard University, he recognizes the process of discovery and invention. A certified patent agent and former extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Daniel utilizes his background to serve clients in all stages of litigation and due diligence.

Daniel also has a passion for blockchain and digital assets, having been involved in the industry since 2016. He has extensive experience and familiarity with centralized and decentralized exchanges, smart contracts, staking, bridging, cold storage, NFT platforms, token standards, hard-forks, and blockchain analytics. This extensive background allows Daniel to quickly grasp complex digital asset issues and to quickly advise on potential solutions. Some of Daniel’s clients include large centralized exchanges, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), a sports-betting company interested in NFT technology, and a celebrity in evaluating an NFT project.
