Elliot Kelly focuses his practice on advertising law. Elliot works on such diverse matters as sweepstakes and promotional matters, regulatory investigations, client counseling on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and advertising litigation. He is a graduate of New York Law School. While in law school, he was an intern in the general counsel's office of INTL FCStone Inc.
During his internship, Elliot researched proposed regulations for swap dealers, along with exceptions such as the End-User exception, helped draft reports regarding the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s guidance documents, and assisted the in-house legal team in counseling on cross-margin requirements for swaps and derivatives.
Prior to law school, Elliot worked with King & Shaxson in London, where he helped to develop a foreign exchange desk, and shadowed brokers working in the bond market, gilts, and compliance.
