Emily Kaelber

Senior Privacy Program and Policy Analyst

Emily Kaelber brings experience from the U.S. Army and the technology sector to her role at Venable. As an officer in the U.S. Army, Emily commanded an unmanned aerial systems organization in the Middle East, advised senior leaders on personnel management in the 10th Special Forces Group and aerial intelligence organizations, and served as a deputy commander for an aviation unit in Africa. Following her time in the military, Emily was a global operations program manager at a multinational technology company. In this role, she managed a portfolio of data labeling projects for artificial intelligence and designed operational processes around data labeling.

Emily received her B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She also holds an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business. Her diverse skillset encompasses program management, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, incident response, and leadership.
