Ilia Katz

Ilia Katz focuses his practice on structuring optimal tax solutions for both individuals and entities. During law school, Ilia was staffed on a high-stakes tax controversy case centered around a $300 million dispute. He also volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, helping low-income taxpayers solve various tax issues. Ilia has also worked as a certified public accountant.
