Spencer Kay

Spencer Kaye advises clients on commercial litigation matters. As a Venable summer associate, Spencer drafted memoranda and motions for pending litigation and conducted legal research on issues such as appellate statistics, damages calculations, and jurisdiction analysis. He graduated magna cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law, where he served as a student attorney in the Re-Entry Clinic and as an articles editor of the American University Law Review.
