She advises clients on compliance-related issues with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act of 1988, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), New York Paid Family Leave, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), among other federal, state, and local laws.
