Lee JaeWon

JaeWon Lee focuses on patent litigation in federal court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) and advises on technologies related to electronics, telecommunication, optical devices, medical devices, consumer products, materials and chemicals, hardware, and software.  JaeWon also has experience with intellectual property transactions that involve information technology, privacy, and cybersecurity aspects of mergers and acquisitions, banking and credit, and capital market transactions.

Prior to his legal career, JaeWon was a research staff member at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, where he researched and developed gallium nitride on silicon for lighting and high-power electronics, and a next-generation solar cell for renewable, green energy.
