Giselle Lai focuses her corporate practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and healthcare industry clients. Giselle has represented health industry clients on matters relating to professional practice acquisitions, structuring of professional practice and professional practice management businesses, corporate practice prohibitions, licensure, and other healthcare regulations. She brings a variety of government legal experience to her practice, gained through internships with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the D.C. Department of Health’s Office of General Counsel.
Giselle graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the executive senior editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Prior to attending law school, she earned an M.S. in public health from Johns Hopkins University.
