Brittani C. McKnight

Brittani McKnight focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Brittani has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and investigation, motions practice, discovery, trial, and appeal. Prior to joining Venable, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sheila R. Tillerson Adams of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County and as legislative counsel for Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie on the Council of the District of Columbia.

Brittani graduated from Howard University School of Law, where she served as a senior articles editor for the Howard Human and Civil Rights Law Review. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Sheila R. Tillerson Adams of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Brittani has been recognized by the National Black Lawyers in its Top 40 Under 40 in 2020 and 2021.
