Jennifer Malloy advises clients on issues related to federal and state advertising laws and guidelines. Jennifer counsels clients on consumer-facing advertising for compliance purposes in both direct-response and retail sales channels, including television, radio, inbound telemarketing, websites, print, digital, social media, and labels/packaging. She also negotiates domestic and international transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, foreign restructurings, IP licensing, software development services, entertainment, joint ventures, online content, book publishing, and celebrity endorsements.
