Katie MacDowell focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, including commercial acquisitions, acquisitions for conservation purposes, dispositions, leasing, and development. Katie graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School, where she was a writing fellow and a research editor for the George Mason Law Review. While attending law school, she served as a legal intern for the Honorable Jan L. Brodie at the Fairfax County Circuit Court. Katie earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
