Timothy J. McDonald

Timothy McDonald assists clients with matters related to intellectual property protection and patent strategy. Timothy previously served as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where he gained considerable experience analyzing patent applications related to 3D printing and additive manufacturing. While completing his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, he participated in the Advantage Testing Foundation’s TRIALS program, a rigorous pre-law program offered in partnership with Harvard Law School and New York University School of Law.
