Joshua Nace helps his team manage client concerns on both the controversies and counseling sides of advertising law. Josh assists with investigations and litigation, working out discovery logistics, managing documents and written discovery, conducting document review, and researching and drafting briefs and arguments. Josh also brings and defends challenges before the Better Business Bureau's self-regulating National Advertising Division (NAD).
