Alexander J. Panisch


Lex Panisch focuses his practice on corporate and securities law. Lex has counseled clients through complex capital-raising transactions and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance issues. Prior to joining Venable, he served as a corporate associate in the New York office of an American international law firm, where he represented public and private corporations, investment banks, and special-purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) in a variety of capital markets and securities transactions. His experience includes equity and debt offerings, private placements, traditional private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, and environmental-social-governance (ESG) and sustainability matters.
