Pickens Robert

Robert Pickens focuses his practice on complex patent litigation, representing technology and consumer electronics companies in a range of industries, from mobile phones and personal electronics to business machines and household products. Robert has particular experience with matters both in the U.S. district courts and before the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), as well as with appeals before the Federal Circuit. Robert also counsels on a variety of other intellectual property matters, including pharmaceutical and design patent litigation.

While in law school, Robert was a chair of the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, he was a design engineer and project manager for a power tool and industrial equipment manufacturer, and he has prior design experience with home appliances and industrial cutting tools. Robert also has research experience in polymer engineering.
