Kirsten Quackenbush

In her real estate finance practice, Kirsten Quackenbush represents housing lenders throughout the DC region. For the past five years, Kirsten has represented mortgage lenders on market-rate and affordable transactions involving drafting and negotiating contracts, Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts, regulatory agreements, tax abatements, and ground leases. Before practicing the law, she spent 10 years as a paralegal at a DC-based firm, where she drafted mortgage loan documents for financing, refinancing, acquisitions, transfers in interest, and supplemental financing. She also trained administrative assistants, paralegals, and associates.
