With nearly 15 years of experience in the technology and innovation space, Ankur Rathi is a seasoned program manager working at the intersection of privacy, compliance, and technology domains. Specifically, Ankur has extensive experience working in both advisory and management roles to guide companies in a number of different industries, such as technology, gaming, finance, and aviation. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep mastery of cross-functional management, thrived in fast-paced environments, and focused on the human impact while delivering value and results at scale.

During his time as a senior consultant, Ankur helped guide a startup online gaming platform , advising executive leaders and engineering staff on privacy and regulatory risk mitigation. In this role, he also developed and deployed customized internal and external privacy policies and procedures.

In previous roles at one of the largest American multinational technology companies, Ankur was responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing several critical privacy programs, including privacy compliance, privacy policy implementation and deployment, and data retention and deletion. In such roles, he also led teams of technical program managers and analysts tasked with driving critical initiatives, such as building the company’s data governance platform, managing external assessments for compliance with regulatory mandates, and assembling its first-ever consolidated privacy controls inventory and automated control monitoring system.
