Drew Reitz works on a range of corporate and partnership transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and related taxation issues.
Drew also represents entrepreneurs, real estate developers, angel investors, family offices, and other high-net-worth individuals, assisting them with sophisticated tax, wealth, and business planning. He previously practiced at a boutique law firm where he assisted clients with corporate transactions, commercial litigation, and government investigations.
Drew received a Master of Laws in Taxation with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused his studies in corporate, partnership, and transfer taxation. His broad knowledge of the tax laws allows him to advise his clients to adopt tax-efficient planning from both a personal and a business perspective.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Drew served nearly a decade in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Green Beret. He graduated from his Special Forces class with distinguished honors at the age of 21, and conducted two combat tours of duty to Afghanistan. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.
