Michael S. Rubin

Associate

Michael Rubin has experience in a variety of intellectual property (IP) legal matters, including patent litigation, commercial litigation, and copyright protection. Michael brings a background in software development to his IP litigation practice. He graduated from the Fordham University School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude in computer science from CUNY Queens College. During law school, Michael was a Venable summer associate, assisting the firm’s patent litigation team.
