Tina Salvato focuses her commercial litigation practice on entertainment, media, and intellectual property disputes. Tina has experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trials, and has litigated a variety of claims, including trademark, copyright, right of publicity, defamation, FOIA/CPRA, data breach, and complex commercial disputes. She also counsels clients on IP protection and enforcement and provides pre-publication review on advertising, defamation, privacy, and IP matters.
