Sochacki, Katherine K.

Katie Sochacki assists clients with various environmental and energy matters, including regulatory compliance, permitting, and litigation before federal courts and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Katie has experience working with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and other environmental statutes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. Katie was a 2018 Law fellow for Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.
