Selwood Margaret Lynch
Maggie Selwood is counsel in Venable's Real Estate Practice Group.  Her practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, REO disposition and loss mitigation, special asset management programs, development, and commercial leasing.  Maggie assists clients in resolving title and survey issues, providing guidance regarding Uniform Commercial Code Article 9 filings, and drafting and negotiating conveyance and loan documents for a variety of transactions.
