Maggie Selwood is a real estate attorney who provides cutting-edge advice and counsel on commercial real estate transactions, including local and national acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, investments, commercial leases, telecommunication and rooftop technology leases, development, finance, disposition of real estate owned (REO) property, and special asset management programs. Clients depend on Maggie for strategic advice and practical solutions, to help them navigate every stage of complex transactions, including mixed-use developments; development agreements; construction agreements; and office, retail, and industrial property developments.
