Taylor Sachs focuses on counseling clients with multiple forms of intellectual property matters, including licensing, copyright enforcement matters, trademark counseling, brand protection, false advertising, IP transactions, and litigation. While in law school, Taylor served as a Gubernatorial Fellow with the Florida Department of Health, assisting the general counsel with writing the rules aimed at governing the state's first medical cannabis industry. He also served as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Taylor worked in the broadcast advertising industry as a media buyer. In this role, he managed over $100 million in commercial inventory for brand name international clients and drafted marketing campaign legal guidelines and rules of regulations.
