Taylor Sachs focuses on assisting clients with multiple forms of intellectual property litigation, including copyright enforcement matters, trademark disputes, false advertising, and trade secret issues. While in law school, Taylor served as a Gubernatorial Fellow with the Florida Department of Health, assisting the general counsel with writing the rules aimed at governing the state's first medical cannabis industry. He also served as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Taylor worked in the broadcast advertising industry as a media buyer. In this role, he managed over $100 million in commercial inventory for brand name international clients and drafted marketing campaign legal guidelines and rules of regulations.
