Chastity Threadcraft has legal experience covering energy, environmental, and business law, as well as financial services, all contributing to the range of counsel she is able to provide her corporate practice clients. From equity and asset purchases to debt financings and transaction due diligence, Chastity brings an attention to detail and a strategic approach to a wide range of client transactional needs.

Chastity worked for Congresswoman Terri A. Sewell in the U.S. House of Representatives as both an office manager and a legislative assistant. During law school, Chastity was a summer honors program intern in the Legal Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) in Philadelphia, and a summer associate in the Legal and Compliance Division of a multinational financial services corporation.
