Chastity Threadcraft's practice spans a wide array of corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate diligence, corporate reorganizations, and other general corporate matters. Chastity previously worked in financial services law and energy and environmental law. In addition to her experience and industry knowledge, Chastity brings an attention to detail and a strategic approach to her clients' transactions, and she manages deals with the same detail and focus.

Her subject matter and industry experience span fast food retail, aerospace engineering, private education, environmental trading, medical education and technology, management systems, nonprofits, online retail, and much more – all contributing to the range of counsel she is able to provide her corporate clients.
