Chastity Threadcraft's practice spans a wide array of corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and contractual agreements.  Chastity has legal experience in financial services law, energy and environmental law, and general business law matters, all contributing to the range of counsel she is able to provide her corporate clients. She brings an attention to detail and a strategic approach to her clients’ transactional needs, including equity and asset purchases, financings, transaction diligence, and corporate reorganizations.
