Thomas Evan

Evan Thomas focuses his practice on corporate transactions, securities offerings, and financings. Evan has represented corporate issuers, portfolio managers, and investment banks in a large variety of public and private debt and equity offerings. His work abroad has given Evan experience in representing both companies and banks in large, complex cross-border offerings and transactions, including high-yield debt issuances and IPOs, as well as securitizations and CLOs. Prior to his legal career, Evan passed the chartered financial analyst examinations and worked as an investment analyst for an endowment and an equity research associate in the investment management industry.

Evan's pro bono work focuses on veterans' issues, primarily relating to post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injuries in the veteran population. He also does pro bono work addressing veterans' benefits, immigration, and criminal justice.
