Tully Jacob

Jake Tully focuses his practice on political and nonprofit law. Jake advises nonprofit organizations, business entities, and political committees on campaign finance matters, lobbying registration and disclosure, gift and ethics rules, and government investigations. He also advises trade associations, charities, and other nonprofit organizations on issues related to entity formation and corporate governance, federal and state tax exemption, contract preparation and review, and mergers. Prior to joining Venable, Jake worked at the federal, state, and local levels on government affairs and elections issues.
