Margaret K. Ukwu


Margaret Ukwu leverages her technical background in engineering to represent clients in complex patent litigation matters across a broad range of technologies, including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Margaret has experience managing all aspects of day-to-day case work, including developing claim construction positions; deriving case strategy; drafting discovery requests, expert reports, and dispositive motions; and corresponding with opposing counsel. She also has transactional experience serving as an intellectual property specialist for mergers and acquisitions.
