Christopher J.C. Waldon


Christopher Waldon is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney. Christopher has achieved favorable results for clients in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, common law fraud, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, probate, negligence, restraining order, and wrongful death actions. He has substantial experience handling all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial and trial practice, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, witness preparation, mediation, and appellate practice.

  • Represented a global automaker in three multi-week trials in California State Court for common law fraud and violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
  • Represented a general contractor in a wrongful death action arising from a fatal motor vehicle accident
  • Represented a foreign corporation in a Petition for the Recognition, Confirmation, and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitration Award in the United States District Court, Central District of California
  • Represented a former executive director of a bankrupt adoption agency in breach of fiduciary duty and negligence action in Federal Bankruptcy Court
