Changlan Lucy Xu

Changlan Lucy Xu advises clients on complex commercial litigation matters. Lucy has experience in many aspects of litigation, from initial investigations through numerous pre-trial motions, in both federal and state courts. She is adept at researching and drafting motions, memoranda, voir dire questions, and request to charge papers, in addition to formulating discovery and litigation strategy. Prior to joining Venable, Lucy was an associate at a New York-based international law firm, where she represented clients in civil and criminal enforcement investigations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.
