Tiger Woods settled a right-of-publicity lawsuit against the builder of his 155-foot yacht "Privacy" for an undisclosed amount. Woods filed suit against Christensen Shipyards Ltd. in 2004, alleging that the company violated the terms of the sale by using his name, his wife's name and photographs of him and his yacht in promotional materials without his permission.  Venable partner J. Douglas Baldridge represented Woods in the matter.
