Rachele S. Norfolk


Rachele Norfolk is an associate in the Product Liability & Mass Torts Practice Group in Baltimore. She is a 2017 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, she served in the University of Baltimore Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she conducted an evidentiary hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings for an appeal against the Maryland Transit Administration, and drafted a Verified Petition for Change of Name and Decree of Legal Gender Identity and Motion to Seal. She was also a research assistant for Professor Eric Easton, University of Baltimore School of Law.

In 2015 Rachele was a summer associate with a law firm in Baltimore, where she performed legal research related to products liability and corporate and securities cases; drafted legal memoranda on the "new evidence" standard under FRCP 59; analyzed discovery materials and summarized medical records and depositions; reviewed a bankruptcy plan of reorganization and compiled plan administrator duties; and gathered information on the enforceability of electronic signatures under the E-Sign Act.
