Ramanda R. Luper


Ramanda Luper is an associate in Venable's Commercial Litigation Practice in the Los Angeles office. She was previously a judicial law clerk with the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina to the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour, where she served as the lead law clerk in two criminal trials and one civil trial. Prior to this, she was a law clerk with the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District, Civil Division.

Ramanda is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, she was part of the Domestic Violence Clinic assisting survivors of domestic violence attain restraining orders and assist with related family law and immigration matters. Ramanda was a research fellow for Professor Rachel Croskery-Roberts, where she assisted first-year students with legal research, writing assignments, and oral arguments. Further, she was a research assistant for Professor Christopher Whytock, where she assisted in conducting research and drafting memoranda for upcoming Restatement Third, Conflict of Laws.
