Schuyler B. Sorosky


Schuyler Sorosky is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Her practice covers a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, rights of publicity, and domain name disputes. She has experience representing clients in copyright and trademark litigation and in handling a variety of business and entertainment matters. Schuyler also has experience counseling clients on intellectual property related issues and defending companies in trade secret and unfair competition cases.

Schuyler has appeared before both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Venable, Schuyler served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Fruin in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
