Taylor G. Sachs

Associate

Taylor Sachs is an associate in Venable's Intellectual Property Litigation Group. His practice focuses on assisting clients with multiple forms of intellectual property litigation, including copyright enforcement matters, trademark disputes, false advertising, and trade secret issues. While in law school, Taylor served as a Gubernatorial Fellow with the Florida Department of Health, assisting the general counsel with writing the rules aimed at governing the state's first medical cannabis industry. He also served as the judicial intern to Chief Justice Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court.

While in private practice, Taylor has handled many patent cases where he helped manage discovery, review documents, and draft discovery objections and responses. Taylor has also worked across multiple aspects of IP e-discovery, including patent infringement defense, document collection, review, analysis, and production.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Taylor worked in the broadcast advertising industry as a media buyer. In this role, he managed over $100 million in commercial inventory for brand name international clients and drafted marketing campaign legal guidelines and rules of regulations.
