Todd Gustin

Partner

Todd Gustin is a partner in Venable's Corporate Practice Group and the Co-Chair of the firm's Life Sciences Practice Group. He maintains offices in the firm's Baltimore and Washington offices.

Todd represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, including venture capital and private equity investments, franchise transactions, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. He also counsels clients in technology and commercial transactions, including licensing, outsourcing, and general corporate planning. His clients include private and public companies and their investors in the healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, technology, financial services, professional services and education industries.

During law school, Todd served as Aide to Chambers to Associate Justices Harry A. Blackmun and David H. Souter at the Supreme Court of the United States.
