Vaccinations and Employment Law

On April 9, 2021, Robin Burroughs joined presenters from VolunteerMatch and Civis Analytics to present to the National Council of Nonprofits on issues related to COVID-19 vaccination. Robin presented on “Vaccinations and Employment Law.” This presentation addressed practical and legal considerations regarding required/mandatory vaccination for employees, voluntary employee vaccination programs, employee vaccination incentives, and discrimination based on vaccination status.
