Venable represented Enterprise Security Solutions, LLC (ESS) in a sale of its interests to Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. ESS was formed in 2014 and is based in Ashburn, Virginia. It is recognized for its competencies in the design, installation, management, and support of security operation centers, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems. The integration of the companies will enhance their combined product capabilities and expand their infrastructure and customer base. The terms of the acquisition remain confidential.
