Michael Garfinkel and his wife, Stacey Garfinkel, were recently recognized as Distinguished Leader Honorees for 2023 by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Their recognition at the ADL’s annual gala was covered by Attorney at Law Magazine, City Biz, and Jewish Journal.
The ADL names individuals who have shown a sustained commitment and who have contributed significantly to their organization and cause as Distinguished Leader Honorees. Mr. and Mrs. Garfinkel have been involved with the ADL for over two decades. Since then, Mrs. Garfinkel has served and led on several ADL committees, while Mr. Garfinkel serves ADL in his current roles as vice chair for the Los Angeles region and as a co-chair of the Entertainment Industry Committee.
“Stacey and I are honored to receive this recognition from such an important organization,” said Mr. Garfinkel. “We have been involved with the ADL for over two decades and are proud to support its critical work combating hate and anti-Semitism, countering extremism, and battling bigotry wherever and whenever it happens.”
